I am new to this art and have used the Arroway barry@bncdesign.com.au in the attached image rendered through Sketchup, can you tell me why it appears so grainy?
Sorry, I have attached the image. Also, I have tried importing the Arroway wood-077_wenge-3_d texture through the Texture Set dialogue, however, when I painted the texture on to the furniture it was all grey instead of the dark timber colour
Judging by the image, the textures seems to have been resized without filtering. This would naturally result in visible aliasing for most wood textures. If you 3d application does this automatically, you could try to resize the textures yourself properly (e.g. with Photoshop) before importing them.

The image seems to be missing.
