I like the idea of having free small (50px) textures.

I like this idea, and mainly because I like to hack Mario Kart Wii textures. The size, 40-50px would be perfect, because the textures that are hackable are small. (Sometimes around 32px - 70px.

take a look at all the

take a look at all the packages here.
with every texture comes a example texture with round about less than 1000px.

you can easily crop them down to your needs.
