Modify effect maps (bump, reflectivity)

Of course, you can use all effect maps in their original form. But in most cases you may want to adjust the look of the material according to its usage.

The quickest way to do this is to modify the values for brightness/contrast directly in the material editor. A more sophisticated method is to use the 'color map' or 'curve' function (where applicable).

  • Mark language-dependent sections with == lc == where lc (or lc-xx) is a valid language code. Use qq for all languages.
  • Web page addresses and e-mail addresses turn into links automatically.
  • Allowed HTML tags: <a> <em> <strong> <cite> <code> <ul> <ol> <li> <dl> <dt> <dd> <b> <i> <h2>
  • Lines and paragraphs break automatically.
  • Textual smileys will be replaced with graphical ones.
  • Image links with 'rel="lightbox"' in the <a> tag will appear in a Lightbox when clicked on.
