order shipment
I am trying to get someone to respond as its been several weeks and the tracking number appears to be from another shipment that is long before i bought my package. It does not take a month for DHL to deliver to the US does it ? Response would be nice to hear !!

we have received three e-mails from you within 20 minutes. And we don't usually work after midnight on a Friday. You should give us some time to respond.
The tracking number is correct. You ordered on July 2nd. Your order was shipped on July 3rd, which the tracking log clearly shows (European date format: dd.mm.yy!). Unfortunately, there seems to be no information available after July 4th. Obviously, we cannot know where your package is. Even the DHL hotline has no further information. We have had bad experiences with DHL in the past. Their shipping time estimates can be unreliable. Sometimes a shipment gets delayed at customs, sometimes it gets lost altogether. At this point there’s nothing we can do from our side.
As far as I know, DHL shipments to the US are delivered by USPS. Using the match code ‘xxxxxx‘ on the USPS website (http://trkcnfrm1.smi.usps.com/PTSInternetWeb) show the same information. Maybe their hotline can tell you more.
